I forgot my Password!

As soon as you click on "log in" you will be prompted for you username and password. If you forget your password, click on the "Forgot my Password" link just below where you are supposed to enter your password. You will them be directed to a page where you should enter the email you used to sign up for Seywow.com.

You will then be issued a new automated password and with this you can access your account and change your password.

How do I change my password?

When you log in, you will be directed to your account. Under "My account" you will see an option "My Settings". Click on it. Here you will be given the chance to edit your profile and in it, your password.

When someone sends me a message, where does it go and how do I respond?

Before sending you a message, the sender can decide whether to send you a message in your inbox here in this site, to your email (via your account here and not your email address) or both here and to your email inbox. If they send it to your account here, you might not get a notification, which is why it is always good to visit the site regularly.

How do I edit my profile? (Please refer to question: How do I change my password?)

When I suspend my Membership, does it end my membership? Can I put my reactivate my account?

Members are given the option to either unregister or suspend their account. These options can be found under "My Account". If a member unregisters, they no longer become a member of Seywow.com and would have to go through the "join" procedure once again. If a member decided to suspend their account, they will not appear under the "members" list but they will still be able to reactivate their account whenever they want to.
